Answers:
i think it moreso depends on how you say it. some people could say it all together like one syllable others could break it down to do-yle
That is my brothers' name there are 2 Doy,le
Though I've heard multiple ways of saying it (both with one, and two syllables), I would most commonly hear two:
"Doy-al"
I agree with those who say it depends on how you say it. Doyle rhymes with boil, toil, etc. I think standard English would say these should have one syllable, but many people pronounce all of them with two, usually by inserting a "y" consonant sound between syllables, like DOI-yul.
I'm assuming you want to know what a lot of people do rather than what people "should" do. I'm not about to tell someone whose name is DOI-yul that he is pronouncing his own name wrong. It's HIS name, after all, not mine.

two unless your from south of the mason-Dixie line then its one
l syllable. Doyle is a one-syllable word. Say it slowly. Only 1 syllable!
May God bless you.
Only one syllable.
I can't imagine how you'd pronounce it to make it more than one.
There are two. (Doy-yull)
