I don't particularly like it, but in the larger scheme of things it isn't something I am going to let bother me. As long as I can decipher what they are trying to say, I try to overlook it.

Yes, it screams that you are uneducated. I know rap & hip hop seem to have glamorized this way of speaking, but it will get you no where in the real world, except unemployed.
