Depends on where you are. Obscenity laws are local in nature. What is considered obscene and against the law in one place may not be in another.
So, while it may be obnoxious, childish and stupid, it might not be illegal.
From a free speech perspective, there should be no laws against it so long as it's not obscene.
It's more or less an issue of finding a printer who has no qualms about making it. Most won't have any qualms for your clams.
Using it is another issue. But yes, if you can get way with shouting that word in public, you should be fine.
Though, give it some artistic, literary value by adding a byline or some nice colors. Then it will likely get pass the Miller Test and be legal. The Miller Test is the test that is applicable to obscenity these days.
As you may be in San Fran, please note that the Miller Test comes from a case that occured in California when a pornographer mailed out leaflets depicting his videos. It's basically obscene if it has no redeeming value (artistic, literary, scientific, etc), and is obscene by commmunity standards. There's one more element, but I'm not remembering it right now.
EDIT: Here's the test...
* Whether the average person, applying contemporary community standards, would find that the work, taken as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest,
* Whether the work depicts/describes, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct or excretory functions [2] specifically defined by applicable state law,
* Whether the work, taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, and scientific value.
Although you are probably clear, make sure you note the second and third points.
