What exactly doees "under 16" mean?

Question:I am going to a gig where the age limits are that "under 16s" are not allowed. Trouble is I'm not sure whether I would be allowed in if I am exactly 16...It would be really great if someone could tell me what this exactly means

Answers:
From the way they phrased it, I would say that you are allowed to go. Otherwise, they should say "16 and under".
you can go you 16
If you are EXACTLY 16, how can you be under 16? Go to your special event and enjoy, but after asking a question like that, you better have a map of how to get home in the palm of your hand.
You're allowed in if you're 16 :D
