'Will ' & 'Would' used in context?

Question:When's the right to to use will, and when to use would? Or is there even a difference?

Answers:
so you are saying...

Will you help Me?

or Would you Help me?

perhaps it doesn't vary that much.

but when you use it like

this will help me (present tense)

or

that would have helped me (past tense)

is when you see the difference
will: when you are indicating something that you are going to do.

would: when you are indicating that you want to do but can't because of a reason.

ie tomorrow i will go to the mall. (tomorrow you are going to be at the mall).
OR
tomorrow i would go to the mall but i have class.
